Sierra Health and Life Distinct Advantage PPO
With six different plan types, you have the option of many different deductibles, ranging from $1000 to $10,000 for individuals and double for families. Nevada residents have access to in-network and out-of-network doctors and facilities for a large number of covered services. Offering copayments on doctor’s office visits before the deductible is met, Distinct Advantage PPO plans are convenient, flexible, and affordable.
Health Plan of Nevada Distinct Advantage HMO
An HMO plan available to individuals and families, Distinct Advantage Options 1, 2, and 4, offer very low copays on physician services, and reasonable rates for hospital care as well. All services must be received in-network for coverage to be effective, and you will be required to select a primary care physician to manage your care. This results in great cost savings, and the network is quite expansive, which is important when committing to one network for care.
Health Plan of Nevada Distinct Advantage POS
The POS plan from Health Plan of Nevada is uniquely designed for members to access the benefits of an HMO with copays for every service in-network, and receive extended options in three tiers. With a POS plan, you not only receive the same option of predictable copayments for in-network physician, diagnostic, and hospital care, on Tier I, which is the least expensive. Tier II gives members additional provider choices and copays on routine care, and major medical care is available for 20 percent coinsurance after deductible. Non-network care, Tier III, is covered at 60 percent after you meet the deductible.
